08.30am – 09.00 am we will visit War Crime Museum (This museum tells the story of war from the Vietnamese perspective. Exhibits include photographs, machinery, and weapons that depict the harsh realities of war).
Thien Hau Temple (One of the most important pagodas in the city, this richly decorated temple is dedicated to Thien Hau, the Goddess of the Sea and patron of sailors. She is said to travel over the oceans on a mat and ride the clouds to wherever she desires).
China town (Settled in the late 18th century, this labyrinthine section of Ho Chi Minh city bustles with restaurants, temples, exotic stores, and markets) and Binh Tay market (This is the main marketplace in China Town, where a great deal of wholesale trading occurs. Experience the commotion of this integral part of the city’s daily business). Then we have a lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon: We visit Reunification hall which was the residence of the President Ngo Dinh Diem of the former South Vietnam until 1975 (1960s – Apr 1975s). You will see many interesting things: formal meeting rooms, private bedrooms, war situation rooms 10 meter beneath earth’s level.
This address today still holds many important functions in HCMC. Nowaday, the villages were turned to streets and many of them didn’t feature the business as it names anymore. But take your time to wander along the old streets and you surely gain many exciting experience.

Tip for you – Names of some streets with typical products: Bat Su (China Bowls), Cha Ca (roasted fish), Hang Bac (jewelries), Hang Dau (shoes & sandals), Hang Gai (silk), To Tich (mixed fruits), Hang Luoc (comb), Hang Duong (candies & dry apricot), Hang Buom (banboo product). Option 1 (Half day): Bat Trang village

Pick up at hotel and transfer to the riverside village of Bat Trang village, where distinctive ceramics are made and used throughout the delta region for over 500 years. The vitality of this village is still blown up by the hundreds of pottery kilns on fire day and night. We stroll around various cottage industries and watch craftsmen forming, painting and glazing their products in traditional ways. The trip ends after arrival in Hanoi.

Option 2 (6 hours): Van Phuc village

Pick up at hotel and transfer to the silk village of Van Phuc. This is a great place to silk cloth being produced on the loom .There is a showroom where you can buy silk by the meter, much more exciting that buying it in the shops! Continue to visit Tram pagoda & Tram Gian pagodas.
