Thien Hau Temple (One of the most important pagodas in the city, this richly decorated temple is dedicated to Thien Hau, the Goddess of the Sea and patron of sailors. She is said to travel over the oceans on a mat and ride the clouds to wherever she desires).
China town (Settled in the late 18th century, this labyrinthine section of Ho Chi Minh city bustles with restaurants, temples, exotic stores, and markets) and Binh Tay market (This is the main marketplace in China Town, where a great deal of wholesale trading occurs. Experience the commotion of this integral part of the city’s daily business). Then we have a lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon: We visit Reunification hall which was the residence of the President Ngo Dinh Diem of the former South Vietnam until 1975 (1960s – Apr 1975s). You will see many interesting things: formal meeting rooms, private bedrooms, war situation rooms 10 meter beneath earth’s level.

City Hall (Find out why this is one of the most photographed buildings in Ho Chi Minh city. Constructed in the early 1900s, city hall is a beautiful example of French colonial architecture).

Bat Trang, a small village in the north of Vietnam, is about 13 kilometers south east of Hanoi center, on the other side of Chuong Duong bridge. Why is its name popular to most tourists to northern Vietnam? The answer is its ever famous ceramic and pottery products of high quality. If you have known about Vietnam, you may not be surprised that Bat Trang’s vases, bowls, dishes, and many other kinds of ceramic products have been exported worldwide.

09.00AM or 02.00PM: Our tour guide will welcome you at the hotel then start the walking tour to discover Hanoi’s Old Quarter which is famous with “36 guild streets” in the past time.
Nowaday, the villages were turned to streets and many of them didn’t feature the business as it names anymore. But take your time to wander along the old streets and you surely gain many exciting experience.
Tip for you – Names of some streets with typical products: Bat Su (China Bowls), Cha Ca (roasted fish), Hang Bac (jewelries), Hang Dau (shoes & sandals), Hang Gai (silk), To Tich (mixed fruits), Hang Luoc (comb), Hang Duong (candies & dry apricot), Hang Buom (banboo product). In addition, 4 walking streets Hang Dao – Hang Ngang – Hang Duong – Dong Xuan which formed “Night market” in the evening from Friiday to Sunday is also a nice place to explore.

Pick up at hotel and transfer to the riverside village of Bat Trang village, where distinctive ceramics are made and used throughout the delta region for over 500 years. The vitality of this village is still blown up by the hundreds of pottery kilns on fire day and night. We stroll around various cottage industries and watch craftsmen forming, painting and glazing their products in traditional ways. The trip ends after arrival in Hanoi.
